Ingredients for Kondhara Raita Recipe

  • 500 gram kondhara
  • 1.50 liter lassi
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Raita masala
  • 1.50 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mint powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 3-4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • As required Garlic Cloves

Directions: Kondhara Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash kondhara leaves

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add water in a cooking vessel and boil it for 5 mins

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grind the boiled leaves on the grinding stone or in the mixer to make a paste.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add the kondhara paste into the lassi & mix well.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Now add all the masala and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cooking directions for tadka
  • STEP 7.Add ghee in a pan and heat it . Add cumin seeds and minced garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 8.Now pour the tadka into the ratia.
