  • 500 gram kondhara
  • 1.50 liter lassi
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Raita masala
  • 1.50 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mint powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 3-4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • As required Garlic Cloves

How to Make Kondhara Raita Recipe

STEP 01

Wash kondhara leaves

STEP 02

Add water in a cooking vessel and boil it for 5 mins

STEP 03

Grind the boiled leaves on the grinding stone or in the mixer to make a paste.

STEP 04

Add the kondhara paste into the lassi & mix well.

STEP 05

Now add all the masala and mix well.

STEP 06

Cooking directions for tadka

STEP 07

Add ghee in a pan and heat it . Add cumin seeds and minced garlic. Saute for a minute.

STEP 08

Now pour the tadka into the ratia.
