STEP 1.Take 2 liters of milk and let it boil on medium flame. Once the milk is boiled let the milk cook more on low flame to have a reduced quantity.
STEP 2.Mix about 8 tablespoons of sugar (as per taste) , add some roasted saffron strands in a powdered form, some cardamom powder and then turm off the heat. transfer the milk in a bowl and let it cool down.
STEP 3.Once the milk is cooled down, add the oranges, peeled and make sure to remove all the seeds and strings. Mix well. Put the kheer in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
STEP 4.Garnish with some dry nuts.
