STEP 3.Roast then ground the 2tbsp red chilies, coriander seeds 1tbsp,fennel seeds tbsp,peppercorns 1tsp,cloves 5 .
STEP 4.Heat 2tbsp coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onions, garlic and ginger and paste them
STEP 5.Marinate the mussels with 2tbsp of the grounder masala/powder, salt, kashmiri red chili powder , crushed onion, garlic and ginger for 1hr
STEP 6.Heat 1tbsp coconut oil in a cooking pan , add some curry leaves
STEP 7.Add the marinated mussels and fry
STEP 8.Add some more curry leaves and fry until its turns brown
STEP 9.Pour it into a serving plate and serve hot with breads
