  • 4 No.s dried Anchovies
  • 4 No.s dried Shrimps
  • 4 No.s Kelp
  • 2 tablespoon Red Hot Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Green Hot Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions
  • As required Oil
  • As required Salt
  • 1 No.s Noodles pack
  • 1/4 cup Kimchi Broth
  • 1 cup well fermented Kimchi
  • 1/4 cup Soup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fish Sauce
  • 1 No.s Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper powder
  • 7 cup Water

Directions: Kimchi Kalguksu (gimchi Kalguksu) Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Prepare the broth with 7 cups of water and anchovies, kelp and shrimps for 12 minutes. Remove these when the broth is ready.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Add the onion and chopped kimchi into the broth. Cook for 3 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Now add the kimchi broth, soup soy sauce, fish sauce, hot pepper powder and minced garlic to the soup.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now add the noodles to the soup and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Now add the green onions and hot peppers. Cook for another 1 minute and turn off the flame. Serve.
