Jhal suji is a breakfast recipe made with a handful of ingredients along with some flavourful spices that are not just delecious but healthy too. It is a popular breakfast recipe around India.
STEP 1.Dry roast the semolina in a pan on medium-high heat.
STEP 2.Heat the pan with cooking oil and ghee. Add dried red chilli ,bay leaves, cardamon, cinnamon, cumin seed and curry leaves.
STEP 3.Add the vegetables and onions and fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, ginger,garlic, green chilies, semolina and some salt according to your taste.
STEP 5.Add sugar and hot water to the pan and keep cooking until the water is absorbed.
