Directions : Italian Baked Meatballs Recipe

STEP 1.Mix well 2 lbs ground chuck, 1 cup italian style bread crumbs, 2 eggs & sprinkle with garlic & onion powder.

STEP 2.Roll into balls or use and ice cream scoop to make about 15 balls out of this mix.

STEP 3.Place the balls in a pan and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

STEP 4.Then cook for 400 degrees for another 15 minutes or until browned.

STEP 5.You can add them to marinara sauce, bbq sauce or any other sauce you desire.
