Ingredients For Indo-chinese shrimps fried rice Recipe
20 Shrimps cleaned , deveined and pat dried
For Marination
turmeric Powder
0.25 teaspoon Lime Juice
As required Salt
White pepper powder
0.25 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoon olive oil for shallow frying
For fried rice
1 Basmati rice cooked al dente and completely cooled rice bowl
1 onion big sized finely chopped
1 capsicum any coloured medium sized finely chopped
10 garlic pods finely chopped
0.5 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
0.25 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Light soya sauce
0.25 cup Spring onions
1.5 tablespoon olive oil
0.5 teaspoon Sugar
