• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 0.5 cup greated coconut
• 1 cup coconut milk
• For the curry
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
• 0.5 cup finely chopped onions
• 0.5 cup finely chopped tomatoes
• As required Salt
• 2 cup cooked rice
