This is my innovation dish. Love prawns and love hawaiian fruits so why not put all together, and i am big fan of molecular gastronomy so made caviar out of coconut milk.

  • 1/2 cup scrapped fresh coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 0.13 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 50 milliliter For coconut caviar: thick coconut milk
  • 7.50 gram Gelatine
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 glass tall chilled unflavored oil
  • 1/2 bowl of cold water
