Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Clean the mud crab by removing the top shell and gills. Cut the crab into pieces.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add ginger, chilli, and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant.
STEP 3.Add the crab pieces to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes until they turn red.
STEP 4.Pour in the sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to coat the crab.
STEP 5.Cover the wok and let the crab simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
