  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ginger, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Red Chillies, Sliced
  • 1 Shallots, Sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/2 Spring Onions, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean the mud crab by removing the top shell and gills. Cut the crab into pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add ginger, chilli, and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the crab pieces to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes until they turn red.
  • STEP 4.Pour in the sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to coat the crab.
