• 7 ounce Pad thai noodles, dried
• Stir fry
• 7 ounce Chicken thigh fillet, cut into bite size pieces
• 1 cup Basil leaves, preferably thai holy basil but normal basil is fine too
• 2 piece 2 scallions, cut into
• 3 Large cloves of garlic, minced
• 1.5 Birds eye chili, de seeded, very finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• Sauce
• 3 tablespoon Oyster sauce
• 1.5 tablespoon Light soy sauce
• 1.5 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
• 2 teaspoon Sugar
• 2 tablespoon Water
