  • As required Noodles
  • 3.50 ounce Pad thai noodles, dried
  • As required Stir fry
  • 3.50 ounce Chicken thigh fillet, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup Basil leaves, preferably thai holy basil but normal basil is fine too
  • 1 piece 2 scallions, cut into
  • 1.50 Large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3/4 Birds eye chili, de seeded, very finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
