  • 1 tablespoon Oil, divided canola or vegetable work well
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 Thai bird's eye chili, chopped wear gloves, take care not to touch your eyes, and wash your hands after handling
  • 3.75 ounce 1 can whole baby corn cut in 1/2 and quartered
  • 1/4 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2.50 Snow peas
  • 1/2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Thai holy basil torn into small pieces
  • As required Optional chopped green onions and basil for garnish
