Ingredients For Dhokla-Samosa Recipe

• For Dhokla
• 1 cup Dhokla hadhva flour
• 2 tablespoon each Besan flour and Semolina
• 2 tablespoon each Rice flour and Fruit salt
• 0.5 cup 2 tbsp yogurt
• 0.25 cup Water
• Some red chili powder and chopped cilantro
• For the stuffing
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 0.5 teaspoon each cumin seeds andTurmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon each Urad dal and sugar powder
• 4 Curry leaves
• 1 tablespoon Red chili powder paste
• 0.25 teaspoon each Garam masala and Chaat masala
• NaN Some chopped cilantro
• 1 pinch Asafoetida
• For Chutney
• 1 teaspoon Oil
• 0.25 teaspoon each Cumin seeds and Garam masala
• 3 teaspoon Aamchur powder
• 1 tablespoon Jaggery
• 0.25 teaspoon each Black salt and Dhania jeera
• Some Chaat masala and mint powder
• To serve
• Some grated cheese or paneer
• As required Salt
