• 12 Few Fresh palak /Spinach leaves around whole leaves

• Crispy palak leaves
• 1 small potato cut into cubes and boiled
• 1 small onion chopped
• 4 tablespoon Beaten curd
• 1 tablespoon Sev
• Drizzle of lime juice
• Sprinkle of Chat masala
• 3 tablespoon Green Chutney
• 0.25 cup coriander leaves
• 1 Green chillies
• 1 teaspoon Raw mango
• NaN Salt
• 2 tablespoon Red Chutney
• 2 Dry Red chillies
• few garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon Sweet tamarind Chutney
• 2 tablespoon tamarind pulp
• 0.25 teaspoon chilli powder
• 4 tablespoon Jaggery
• Salt
• Few Coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds for garnishing
