Its a very good looking dish i must say. One can have it in breakfast or evening snacks.Open sandwich are very catchy thing. One can put variention with it. I combined chicken with smashed potato with some twist.
Ingredients For Chicken open Sandwich #chicken Recipe
1 Pieces Smoked chicken sheet
1 Pieces Boiled potato
1 g Egg
1 tbsp Grated cheese
As Required Salt and pepper
1 g Boiled green peas
2 Pieces Cherry tomato
1 tbsp Milk and butter mixture
Directions : Chicken open Sandwich #chicken Recipe
STEP 1.Boil one medium sized potato and smashed it .After that put milk and butter mixture and salt ,pepper for seasoning. (4 tsp butter and 4 tsp milk_ put them together in microwave to get this dilution) By adding this in boiled potato it turns to smooth texture.
STEP 2.Now heat a pan and put smoked chicken sheet and let it heat .Toast a multi grain bread. Put first layer of smashed potato then put smoked chicken sheet .
STEP 3.On top put some boiled green peas.Cut cherry tomatoes into half and place it. At last add some grated cheese. Cut a boiled egg into half and place it on top. Here it is ready to eat.
