It is my experiment dish which i tried for very first time. Its looks so pretty and tasty too. A small bite of this can makey you full long time. My kids loved it . I am loving to make this . It is a complete dish where one can find veggies, chicken, carbs .Less spice and oil to make this.Its a very healthy and quick fix recipe.

Ingredients for Vietnamese Rice paper Wrap #chicken Recipe

  • 2 pieces Rice Paper sheet
  • 1/5 Pieces Carrot
  • 1/10 Pieces Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/10 Pieces Red bell pepper
  • 1/10 Pieces Green bell pepper, chopped
  • as required Salt
  • 30 gm Chicken mince
  • 0.40 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/5 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/5 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Roasted garlic

Directions: Vietnamese Rice Paper Wrap #chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.First need finely chopped vegetables (onion, red , yellow bell peppers,green capsicum,carrot). As much as vegetables can be added to make this. Fry all mix vegetable together and keep a side.
  • STEP 2.Now mince chicken and put 1tbsp oil of pan to fry chicken.Then pit warm water and get the tender chicken .
  • STEP 3.Now assemble veggies and chicken together is a pan and add salt , pepper as per requirement. Cover it with lid and turn on heat at low .cook for 5 to 10 mins.
  • STEP 4.Take a plate and pour water in to it. Take one rice paper and soak it into water for 20 seconds or untill it becomes transparent. Then place this rice paper on a flat surface and put that staffing at the one corner .Then fold the upper side then both the side and roll it from the top . Start rolling from the top. After that again put rice paper same way to fold it. So that wrap gets two layer to rice paper and it gets firm.
