STEP 4.Coat them with the rice.Sprinkle the saffron on the rice balls.
STEP 5.Place the prepared dumplings inside the steamer .Cover & steam them for 10 mints or till the chicken & rice is fully cooked.
STEP 6.Serve hot with sweet chilly sauce.
