Ingredients for Mango Panna Cotta Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Mango puree
  • 0.17 cup water
  • 1.67 gms Agar agar
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 cup Cream
  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 1.67 gms Agar agar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 tsp Vanilla essence

Directions: Mango Panna Cotta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it & heat up it.
  • STEP 2.Keep stirring & cook on low flame.Cook until it completely dissolved & the water is clear.Switch off the flame & set it aside to cool down a bit.
  • STEP 3.Take choppedmangoes in the mixer jar , add sugar to it & make a puree .
  • STEP 4.Add the puree to agar agar mixture & mix well.
  • STEP 5.Keep a glass tilted on a muffin pan.Pour mango agar agar mixture till half of the glass is reached.Set aside to set in the fridge.
  • STEP 6.Now take milk in a container.Add fresh cream to it.Add sugar & vanilla essence to it.
  • STEP 7.Mix well until sugar completely dissolves.Transfer the mixture to a pan & allow fir a gentle boil.
  • STEP 8.Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it & heat it up.
  • STEP 9.Add it to the milk, fresh cream mixture & stir well.Swith off the flame & cool it slightly.
  • STEP 10.Pour it into the glass as the second layer to make sure the first layer is set completely.
  • STEP 11.Refrigerate it again till it will completely set.
  • STEP 12.Serve the delicious mango panna cotta chilled.
