  • 1 cups cooked longgrain basmati rice
  • 0.13 kg prawns (cleaned & deveined)
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 0.06 cup homemade fresh pineapple juice
  • 0.06 tsp Pineapple essence
  • 1/2 g Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Cups Onion sliced
  • 1/2 g 2-3 g
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Pepper
  • 0.06 cup Raisins
  • 0.03 cup Cherries
  • 0.06 cup Roasted unsalted cashews
  • 0.06 tsp Soya sauce

Directions: Thai_pineapple_prawn_fried_rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.First add oil in a wok or nonstick skillet ,heat over medium flame.
  • STEP 2.Add sliced green chillies, sliced onions, minced garlics.
  • STEP 3.Cook for 1 mint until fragrant ,then add the prawns .
  • STEP 4.After tossing the prawns for few mints (don't overcook it) push them to the side & add two beaten eggs, sprinkle salt.
  • STEP 5.Mix the scrambled eggs into the orawn mixture.
  • STEP 6.Next add your seasoning sauce, a combination of fish sauce ,soya sauce ,curry powder, sugar, salt, pepoer, pineapple juice, pineapple essence.
  • STEP 7.Add juicy sweet pineapple chunks & plump raisins, in addition to bright red cherries, chrunchy cashews & almonds .
  • STEP 8.Now add the orincipal ,the hero ingredient cooked rice .

  • STEP 9.Mix the rice with all other ingredients perfectly, use scoop & lift method.
