Ingredients for Stuffed Chocolate Mango Kulfi Recipe

  • 1/2 g Ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup Milkmaid
  • 1/4 tbsp Chocolate powder
  • 0.13 tbsp Coco powder
  • 0.06 tbsp Chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts like pista
  • A Handful Cashew
  • A Handful Almonds

Directions: Stuffed Chocolate Mango Kulfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take the milkmaid.

  • STEP 2.Add chocolate powder, coco powder, chocolate sauce, chopped nuts with it & mix very well

  • STEP 3.Cut a round slice of mango from top(keep this aside for capping, will require this whole freezing the mango).
  • STEP 4.Take a pointed knife, insert it carefully & gently move it around the seed to loosen it from the mango.

  • STEP 5.Gently twist the mango seed slowly & remove the mango seed from inside without cutting the mango.

  • STEP 6.A hollow is created .Place the mango in a fitting bowl that will hold it straight.

  • STEP 7.Pour the choco milkmaid mixture into the desseded mangoes one by one & close each one with it's portion which was previously cut.

  • STEP 8.Put them in deep refrigerator for ( approx 7-8 hours) or overnight.

  • STEP 9.Take out these frozen mangoes ,oeel them & cut each one in ring shape.
