STEP 4.Grind the roasted spices, tomatoes, coconut, ginger, garlic with little water into a fine paste.
STEP 5.Heat oil and add chopped onion and curry leaves for about five minutes in medium heat.
STEP 6.Add chicken. Mix it with the onions. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 7.Add prepared paste, salt and haldi and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 8.Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 9.Check the seasoning and let it cook for 3 more minutes. Switch off the gas.
STEP 10.Drizzle lemon juice and stir once.
STEP 11.Garnish with coriander leaves.
STEP 12.Serve hot with rice / roti / puri.
