STEP 1.Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder,¼ cup of water and a pinch of salt.

STEP 2.Slice off the bottom part and top part of each jackfruit.
STEP 3.Cut the jackfruit lengthwise into thin pieces.
STEP 4.Preheat a frying pan with coconut oil.
STEP 5.Transfer the sliced pieces of jackfruit into the pan.
STEP 6.Sprinkle the turmeric water to add more colour and flavour to the chips.
STEP 7.Stir fry on a medium flame till golden yellow colour.
