How to Make Chakka Chips Recipe
Preparation Directions
STEP 01
Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder,¼ cup of water and a pinch of salt.
STEP 02
Stir well. Keep it aside for further cooking.

Deseed the raw jackfruits
STEP 02
Slice off the bottom part and top part of each jackfruit.
STEP 03
Cut the jackfruit lengthwise into thin pieces.
STEP 04
Preheat a frying pan with coconut oil.
STEP 05
Transfer the sliced pieces of jackfruit into the pan.
STEP 06
Sprinkle the turmeric water to add more colour and flavour to the chips.
STEP 07
Stir fry on a medium flame till golden yellow colour.
