  • 0.67 cup Raw jackfruit
  • 0.08 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.08 cup Water
  • 0.33 pinch Salt

Preparation Directions

  • STEP 1.Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder,¼ cup of water and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 2.Stir well. Keep it aside for further cooking.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Deseed the raw jackfruits
  • STEP 2.Slice off the bottom part and top part of each jackfruit.
  • STEP 3.Cut the jackfruit lengthwise into thin pieces.
  • STEP 4.Preheat a frying pan with coconut oil.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the sliced pieces of jackfruit into the pan.
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle the turmeric water to add more colour and flavour to the chips.
  • STEP 7.Stir fry on a medium flame till golden yellow colour.
