Chakkakuru Manga Curry Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

A Kerala side dish. This Chakka kuru Manga curry/Jackfruit seeds and raw mango curry is one of typical curries in my hometown Kerala, India. This curry is mostly made during the summer months when jackfruit and mango are available in plenty. After buying a whole jackfruit from the Hong Kong market, all you need is a lot of jackfruit seeds.
