STEP 2.Take pan add 2 Tablespoon ghee, roast the grated carrot add khoya & again roast it than add cardamom powder
STEP 3.Until it gets thicken stir it.Turn off flame & wait until it comes to room temperature.
STEP 4.After make small balls take pan add ghee, cover the balls with Tapkir & fry it in ghee at low flame untill it turns golden brown.
STEP 5.Take sauce pan add sugar & water stir it continuously & make sugar syrup.
STEP 6.Add balls in syrup & soak it for 2 hours
STEP 7.So our delicious carrot gulab jamun is ready to serve.
