Ingredients for Carrot gulab jamun Recipe

  • 125 g ram carrot
  • 125 g ram khoya
  • 125 g ram ghee
  • 25 g ram Tapkir
  • 125 g bowl Sugar powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon spoon cardamom powder
  • As Required Water

Directions: Carrot Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take carrot & peel off. Grate the carrot.
  • STEP 2.Take pan add 2 Tablespoon ghee, roast the grated carrot add khoya & again roast it than add cardamom powder
  • STEP 3.Until it gets thicken stir it.Turn off flame & wait until it comes to room temperature.
  • STEP 4.After make small balls take pan add ghee, cover the balls with Tapkir & fry it in ghee at low flame untill it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Take sauce pan add sugar & water stir it continuously & make sugar syrup.
  • STEP 6.Add balls in syrup & soak it for 2 hours
  • STEP 7.So our delicious carrot gulab jamun is ready to serve.
