STEP 1.Take bottle gourd & take out peel of it & take out the middle portion of it.
STEP 2.Rub salt on outer side of bottle gourd.
STEP 3.Take besan in bowl & add all spices, lemon juice,sugar, oil & garlic-ginger paste & mix it well.
STEP 4.Put the besan mixture in inner of bottle gourd.
STEP 5.Steam the gourd for 10 minutes. after it gets to room temperature cut it in round shape
STEP 6.Take pan & add oil add mustard seeds,sesame seeds,green chilli,curry leaves & give tadka to it.
