Ingredients for Stuffed Gourd rolls Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces medium bottle gourd
  • 125 g besan
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 0.13 Teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 0.13 Teaspoon tab sesame seeds
  • 1 Pieces Two pieces of green chilli
  • 2.50 Pieces Curry leaves
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.13 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.13 Teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic & Ginger paste

Directions: Stuffed Gourd Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take bottle gourd & take out peel of it & take out the middle portion of it.
  • STEP 2.Rub salt on outer side of bottle gourd.
  • STEP 3.Take besan in bowl & add all spices, lemon juice,sugar, oil & garlic-ginger paste & mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Put the besan mixture in inner of bottle gourd.
  • STEP 5.Steam the gourd for 10 minutes. after it gets to room temperature cut it in round shape
  • STEP 6.Take pan & add oil add mustard seeds,sesame seeds,green chilli,curry leaves & give tadka to it.
