This is a traditional mexican recipe.This dish is easy to make and take no time.It is a concentrated broth of beef meat.Less spicy ,good for health.Easy to cook.It is a simple beef soup.Protein-rich diet.
3 serrano peppers if you like it spicy, add 2 serrano peppers
0.5 bunch Cilantro
6 cup water divided
2 tablespoon beef bouillon
2 cup pinto beans cooked
Cilantro For Garnish
Lime wedges optional
Radishes optional
Directions : Carne En Su Jugo Recipe
STEP 1.To a blender add onion,garlic,tomatillos,serrano peppers,cilantro and 2 cups of water
STEP 2.In a large pot cook the bacon and set it aside.
STEP 3.Season the beef with salt and pepper
STEP 4.Add the beef and tomatillos in the pot. Return the bacon and add water and beef bouillon to it.
STEP 5.Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Add 3 to 4 pinto beans and garnish with cilantro, radish and lime.
