  • 3 serrano peppers if you like it spicy, add 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro
  • 6 cup water divided
  • 2 tablespoon beef bouillon
  • 2 cup pinto beans cooked
  • As required Cilantro For Garnish

How to Make Carne En Su Jugo Recipe

STEP 01

To a blender add onion,garlic,tomatillos,serrano peppers,cilantro and 2 cups of water

STEP 02

In a large pot cook the bacon and set it aside.

STEP 03

Season the beef with salt and pepper

STEP 04

Add the beef and tomatillos in the pot. Return the bacon and add water and beef bouillon to it.

STEP 05

Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Add 3 to 4 pinto beans and garnish with cilantro, radish and lime.
