Directions : Canja De Galinha Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Marinate the chicken beforehand.

STEP 1.Take a pan. Add some oil to it.

STEP 2.Add chopped onions, chopped garlic and bay leaves. Cook.

STEP 3.Add some black pepper and then add the marinated chicken.

STEP 4.Add white wine and cook.

STEP 5.Add ½ cup of rice, tomato sauce and cayenne pepper to this. Mix.

STEP 6.Add 8 cups of water to this. Cook.

STEP 7.Now add turnip, carrots and potato. And cook.

STEP 8.For the flavour add cilantro and salt to taste. Serve.
