- 1 cup Onions
- 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 2 No.s Bay leaves
- 1/4 cup Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 400 gram Chicken
- 1 tablespoon White wine
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 0.13 cup Turnip
- 0.13 cup Carrot
- 1/4 cup Potato
- 1 stalk Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Salt

How to Make Canja De Galinha Recipe

STEP 01
Marinate the chicken beforehand.
STEP 02
Take a pan. Add some oil to it.
STEP 03
Add chopped onions, chopped garlic and bay leaves. Cook.
STEP 04
Add some black pepper and then add the marinated chicken.
STEP 05
Add white wine and cook.
STEP 06
Add ½ cup of rice, tomato sauce and cayenne pepper to this. Mix.
STEP 07
Add 8 cups of water to this. Cook.
STEP 08
Now add turnip, carrots and potato. And cook.
STEP 09
For the flavour add cilantro and salt to taste. Serve.
