It's an easy and popular soup. Chicken soup recipe complete with chicken, maggi Chicken Broth, carrots, celery, potatoes and rice. The basic ingredients include chicken, and usually small pasta or sometimes rice. This is only a variation of this recipe so it's also a unique one.

Ingredients for Canja De Galinha Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 No.s Bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 400 gram Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon White wine
  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.13 cup Turnip
  • 0.13 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Potato
  • 1 stalk Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Canja De Galinha Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken beforehand.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Take a pan. Add some oil to it.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, chopped garlic and bay leaves. Cook.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Add some black pepper and then add the marinated chicken.

step 5

  • STEP 4.Add white wine and cook.

step 6

  • STEP 5.Add ½ cup of rice, tomato sauce and cayenne pepper to this. Mix.

step 7

  • STEP 6.Add 8 cups of water to this. Cook.

step 8

  • STEP 7.Now add turnip, carrots and potato. And cook.

step 9

  • STEP 8.For the flavour add cilantro and salt to taste. Serve.
