STEP 1.Cabbage should be finely chopped. Cover in low flame with a little salt and cook till the water dries.
STEP 2.Beat eggs with salt, turmeric, green chilli and mix with cabbage.
STEP 3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, pour the egg mixture, spread it a little thick, cover it and keep it in low flame for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4.The omelette should be cut into squares and sallow fried.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced potatoes.
STEP 6.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add green chilli, bay leaves, onion paste with cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chicken seasoning, tomato paste, salt and potatoes.
STEP 7.When the potatoes are cooked, cook for 2-3 minutes with a piece of omelette and then remove with hot spices and coriander leaves.
