STEP 1.Heat sugar and two cup of water in a pan to make a syrup.

STEP 7.Dip the two pieces of bread in the sugar syrup and stuff the filling
STEP 8.Coat them with grated coconut
STEP 9.Press in the middle and garnish with raisins
STEP 10.Serve chilled.
