Bihar ka litti chokha Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Despite being a punjabi, i am a big fan of this bihari dish. Always had it at a family friends place, prepared authentically under heat of cow dung. Today made it on my own in an electric tandoor. I will call it as healthy as it has goodness of wholewheat, sattu, brinjal, potato, tomatoes, herbs and just a brush of ghee on top.
