Directions : Bhakri Recipe

STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients. Knead to form a stiff dough. (if milk is employed, omit salt). Cowl it for 10–15 minutes.

STEP 2.Smear with drawn butter. Knead to a sleek dough.

STEP 3.Divide the dough into eight equal parts. Create spherical balls.

STEP 4.Roll out every ironed ball into a fair, flat, spherical bhakri.

STEP 5.Pre-heat a griddle on a medium flame.

STEP 6.Roast either side of the bhakri until brown spots seem.

STEP 7.Press gently with a wood press until it turns lightweight golden brown.

STEP 8.Pinch deep marks on that or create cuts with a knife.

STEP 9.Remove from the griddle and apply drawn butter on that.

STEP 10.Repeat constantly for the opposite bhakris.
