Ingredients for Bhakri Recipe

  • 1.50 cup whole wheat flour
  • 7-8 can melted ghee or oil be used tablespoons
  • 4 tablespoon water or milk approx
  • As required salt optional

Directions: Bhakri Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients. Knead to form a stiff dough. (if milk is employed, omit salt). Cowl it for 10–15 minutes.

  • STEP 2.Smear with drawn butter. Knead to a sleek dough.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into eight equal parts. Create spherical balls.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Roll out every ironed ball into a fair, flat, spherical bhakri.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Pre-heat a griddle on a medium flame.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Roast either side of the bhakri until brown spots seem.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Press gently with a wood press until it turns lightweight golden brown.

step 8

  • STEP 8.Pinch deep marks on that or create cuts with a knife.

step 9

  • STEP 9.Remove from the griddle and apply drawn butter on that.

step 10

  • STEP 10.Repeat constantly for the opposite bhakris.
