- 7-8 can melted ghee or oil be used tablespoons

How to Make Bhakri Recipe
STEP 01
Mix all the ingredients. Knead to form a stiff dough. (if milk is employed, omit salt). Cowl it for 10–15 minutes.
STEP 02
Smear with drawn butter. Knead to a sleek dough.
STEP 03
Divide the dough into eight equal parts. Create spherical balls.
STEP 04
Roll out every ironed ball into a fair, flat, spherical bhakri.
STEP 05
Pre-heat a griddle on a medium flame.
STEP 06
Roast either side of the bhakri until brown spots seem.
STEP 07
Press gently with a wood press until it turns lightweight golden brown.
STEP 08
Pinch deep marks on that or create cuts with a knife.
STEP 09
Remove from the griddle and apply drawn butter on that.
STEP 10
Repeat constantly for the opposite bhakris.
