How to Make Bhakri Recipe
Mix all the ingredients. Knead to form a stiff dough. (if milk is employed, omit salt). Cowl it for 10–15 minutes.
Smear with drawn butter. Knead to a sleek dough.
Divide the dough into eight equal parts. Create spherical balls.
Roll out every ironed ball into a fair, flat, spherical bhakri.
Pre-heat a griddle on a medium flame.
Roast either side of the bhakri until brown spots seem.
Press gently with a wood press until it turns lightweight golden brown.
Pinch deep marks on that or create cuts with a knife.
Remove from the griddle and apply drawn butter on that.
Repeat constantly for the opposite bhakris.
