Beef-Topped Bean Enchiladas Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
• STEP 2.In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
• STEP 3.Add onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the skillet. Cook until onion is softened.
• STEP 4.Stir in the beans and cook for another 2 minutes.
• STEP 5.In a separate saucepan, heat the enchilada sauce.
• STEP 6.Spread a thin layer of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
• STEP 7.Place a spoonful of the beef and bean mixture onto each tortilla and roll up tightly.

• STEP 9.Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the enchiladas.

• STEP 12.Serve the beef-topped bean enchiladas hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and sour cream.
