STEP 1.Take some coarsely grinded urad dal (dry) and add some spices to it and take some of the masala, put some water in it and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
STEP 2.Now for binding the dough, take all purpose flour, wheat flour and semolina, put some spices and ghee in it and bind it, then keep it aside for 30 mins.
STEP 3.After 30 mins, make a dough ball and press it with hands and fill the filling and cover it and then fry it. In this way the bedai will get ready.
STEP 4.For sabzi, take some oil in the pan and put spices, other veggies, roasted gram flour and boiled potatoes and then put water and cook it. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Bedai and sabzi will get ready to serve.
