Banana roti jalans stuffed with veggies Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

A fusion of malay and chinese recipe. Roti jalan being a malay version while the vegetables stuffed inside are stir fried with soy sauces. Roti jalan do have variations with addition and deletion of an ingredient. Here i have included banana in the batter instead of eggs as i wanted to have vegetarian roti jalan.
