Andhra ulli garelu(onion vadas) Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

One snack and known by many names down south, these make for an excellent iftaar treat too. These are deep fried yet does not soak enough oil while frying as the paste used is a thick one. Soaking it is also an important step to be followed and likewise making a thick paste is important without using much water. Otherwise they will not hold shape and also soak lot of oil. Kids will love these as a tiffin treat. Melt in mouth and super fluffy, these are a treat to the tastebuds. Happy iftaar time !!!!!!!!!!.
