  • 100 gram Paneer, Cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Peel and cut them into cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add the cubed potatoes and paneer. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
