1 nos mango pulp extracted-alphonso/kesar/badami(I used here in this recipe) or any sweet and less fibrous variety
as required As needed sugar/jaggery
as required strands Few kesar cardamom powder
0.25 cup water/milk (as per preferences) or adjust as per consistency required
1 tsp Ice cubes optionalghee while serving optional
as required Kesar strands/chopped nuts/mango cubes/rose petals for garnishing

STEP 1.Blend all the ingredients with as needed water (as per consistency desired).Pour into a bowl. Refrigerate for half an hour to one hour.It's ready. Serve with poori/masala poori/phulka/rice or as a side dish with any regular meal or as it is.
