  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat ghee and add the mango pulp.
  • STEP 2.Cook the mango pulp on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar to the mango pulp and continue cooking until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Pour the mixture onto a greased plate and let it cool.
  • STEP 5.Once cooled, cut the mango barfi into desired shapes and serve.
