  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the mangoes into cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Once the onions turn golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the mango cubes and cook until they are tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve the Aam ki sabzi hot with roti or rice.
