Ingredients For Masala Gosht Recipe

• 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
• 800 gram 1kg lamb chops, trimmed
• 2 Large onions, peeled and roughly diced
• 3 centimeter Piece ginger, grated
• 6 Cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Heaped cumin seeds, crushed
• 2 teaspoon Coriander seeds, crushed
• 2 teaspoon Kasoori methi
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 200 gram Plum tomatoes
• 145 milliliter Greek yoghurt, beaten
• Large handful fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 teaspoon Garam masala
• 2 Green chillies, sliced
