Heat oil in a pan add mutton, cook this mutton till brown, add salt, turmeric, slices of onions, tomatoes.
Cook this for 40 minutes till mutton is cooked , then add yogurt, kadai masala, green chilly, chilly powder, ginger juliennes, chopped coriander and mint and get it to the consistency required.
