Ingredients for Kadai Gosht Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 500 gram Mutton
  • As required Salt
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 2 n Onions
  • 4 n Tomatoes
  • 1 tb Kadai masala
  • 3 n Green chilly
  • 1 piece small Ginger juliennes
  • 1/2 b Coriander chopped
  • 1/2 b Mint chopped
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 ts Chilly powder

Directions: Kadai Gosht Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan add mutton, cook this mutton till brown, add salt, turmeric, slices of onions, tomatoes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Cook this for 40 minutes till mutton is cooked , then add yogurt, kadai masala, green chilly, chilly powder, ginger juliennes, chopped coriander and mint and get it to the consistency required.
