STEP 1.Mix besan with water and make a smooth batter and keep aside.
STEP 2.Take a bowl,mash boiled potatoes and add all masala, adjust the green chilli ginger garlic paste according to your taste, if spicy add more. Add fresh coriander and mix it properly. Take a small pan add oil,mustard seed, hing curry leaves and add these in a potato mixture and mix it properly
STEP 3.Make a small ball from potato mixture and dip each ball into besan batter and deep fry in the hot oil.When it is golden brown remove it and keep it on paper towel. (Add baking soda in besan mixture at the time of frying)
STEP 4.Take a pav,cut it from middle,apply red garlic chutney and keep one vada in middle,press it. Enjoy garam garam vada pav with hot cup of tea and enjoy the weather of rainy season.
