Vada pav also known as the indian burger is the lifeline of mumbaikars. While my husband was working for barc, during our initial days of marriage when my cooking was nothing more than burning food this was the one thing we relied on. Vada pav brings back so many memories down the lane. The pav bread stuffed with spicy potato vada with the addition of green and garlic flavorful chutneys mark its own significant place in indian cuisine. Country of residence:ireland.
